Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our products. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please click the following page or contact us at info@icespheric.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns must be sent to the following address at your own expense: 16 Osborne Gardens, Barnstaple EX313SU, UK. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In certain situations, the cost of return may not be worthwhile for you to ship to us. In this case, please contact us to arrange the best solution for you.

If your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We prioritize your satisfaction, so please bear with us while we assess the situation with our supplier and courier. If the item is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival, you will be sent a new one within the shortest available time or issued a full refund if you prefer.

Some items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If entitled, a refund will then be issued in exchange for the defective item.

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your return does not meet the acceptance criteria, for example: the original package has been open, is incomplete, has missing accessories, broken seals or tags or any other reason that depreciates the goods, we may apply a depreciation fee of up to 50% of the value of the product.
