30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test your heated gear. If you are not satisfied with the fit, warmth, or performance, you may return your item for a replacement, size exchange, or full refund.

Return Requirements To qualify for a standard return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Complete Contents: Returned in the original packaging with all included accessories (both 7.4V battery packs, UK dual-charging cable, storage pouch, and user manuals).

  • Condition: Clean and undamaged (no pet hair, heavy soiling, or cut cables).

  • Proof of Purchase: Your Icespheric order number or the email address used during checkout.

How to Start a Return or Size Exchange

  1. Contact Support: Email our UK team at info@icespheric.com with your order number and the reason for return (or your desired replacement size).

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide the designated UK return address and step-by-step instructions.

  3. Dispatch Your Parcel: Repack the items securely and post via a tracked postal service.

Exchanges & Sizing Swaps If you need a different glove size for a better thermal fit, let us know. Once your return package is in transit, we will dispatch your replacement size free of additional processing charges.

Damaged, Faulty, or Defective Items All Icespheric products are backed by a replacement warranty against manufacturing faults and battery defects. If your item arrives damaged or the heating elements/batteries fail to operate correctly, email info@icespheric.com within 7 days of arrival with a brief photo or video showing the issue for an immediate replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our UK facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
