  1. Charge, then zip it in

    Charge the two batteries with the UK charger in the box, then zip one into the pocket on each cuff.

  2. Press to switch on

    A button on the cuff turns the heat on and steps through three levels, with a light to show which one you're on. A full charge lasts about 5 to 6 hours on low, 3.5 to 4.5 on medium and 2 to 3 on high, depending on the cold.

  3. Swap in a spare

    Carry a second pair of 2200mAh batteries and swap them over when the first pair runs low, on the hill, the bike or the site.
