At Icespheric, all orders are dispatched directly from our UK stock, ensuring fast, reliable delivery straight to your door.

Delivery Rates & Estimates

• Standard UK Tracked Delivery: 2 to 4 business days (Free on all heated glove orders).

• Express Tracked Delivery (Optional): 1 to 2 business days (additional fee).

• Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Domestic Courier Tracking

• Every order is shipped via tracked domestic postal networks (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or dedicated UK couriers).

• As soon as your order is packed and booked with the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct link.

No Hidden Import Fees Because your items are stored and fulfilled within the UK, you will never face import delays or surprise customs charges. The price you see at checkout is final.

Address Changes & Support If you need to change your delivery address, please contact info@icespheric.com immediately after ordering. Once an order is handed over to the courier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
