At Icespheric, orders are dispatched from our UK stock for fast, reliable delivery.
Heated glove delivery
Free tracked UK delivery on glove orders. Orders placed before 1 pm UK time, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1 pm or over the weekend are processed on the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Faster options are available at checkout.
Express Tracked Delivery (Optional): 1 to 2 business days. £6.99, or free on glove orders of £200 or more after discounts. The free upgrade is applied automatically at checkout.
Standalone battery delivery
Standalone battery orders are delivered free by specialist ground courier to UK mainland addresses only. Allow 3–5 business days. We cannot ship standalone batteries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Isles.
Domestic Courier Tracking
- Glove orders are shipped via tracked domestic postal networks, such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, or dedicated UK couriers.
- Standalone batteries are shipped by specialist ground courier.
- As soon as your order is packed and booked with the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct link.
No Hidden Import Fees Because your items are stored and fulfilled within the UK, you will not face import delays or customs charges. The price you see at checkout is final.
Address Changes & Support If you need to change your delivery address, please contact info@icespheric.com immediately after ordering. Once an order is handed over to the courier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
