Q: How long do the batteries last on a single charge?

A: Battery life depends on the heat setting you select and the ambient temperature.

High (Red): 55°C–60°C for approximately 2–3 hours.

Medium (White/Green): 45°C–50°C for approximately 3.5–4.5 hours.

Low (Blue): 40°C–45°C for approximately 5–6 hours.

All Gloves Include 2x CE/FCC/RoHS-certified 7.4V lithium-ion batteries.

Safety Steps:

3. Approved Charging: Only recharge these batteries using the official Icespheric™ UK 3-Pin Smart Charging Cable. Using uncertified or aftermarket chargers poses a severe fire risk.
4. Safe Handling: Never puncture, crush, drop, or dismantle the battery pack. Do not expose the batteries to temperatures exceeding 60°C or direct open flames.
5. Moisture Protection: Never submerge the battery packs in water. Always remove the batteries from your heated apparel before washing or cleaning the garments.
6. Stop using the battery immediately if you notice swelling, unusual heat, or a strong odor, and contact our support team.

Environmental Protection & Safe Disposal :

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and lithium-ion batteries must not be disposed of with standard household waste.

1. The Crossed-Out Wheelie Bin Symbol: This product bears the WEEE recycling symbol, indicating it must be recycled safely at the end of its lifespan to prevent environmental harm from hazardous materials.
2. How to Recycle: Please take depleted batteries to your local designated battery recycling point, household waste recycling centre, or a local electronics retailer offering a battery take-back scheme.
3. Do not dispose of lithium-ion batteries in regular bins, as they present a severe fire hazard during municipal waste processing.

Transportation of Standalone Batteries:

1. Due to UK transport regulations regarding standalone lithium-ion batteries (UN3480), these items are legally classified as hazardous goods for transport.
2. They cannot be shipped via standard Royal Mail post or domestic air freight.
3. We dispatch all battery packs using a certified ground-only courier service.
4. Delivery is strictly limited to UK Mainland addresses. We cannot ship standalone batteries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or Scottish Isles.

Please allow a slightly extended transit time (3–5 business days) for secure ground transport.
